Today, I'm happy to announce our membership count has hit 250. Thank you to my fellow members, who continue to support the club and keep chess thriving in the Pittsburgh area. For context, we had a total membership of roughly 70 back in January 2020 – a 357% increase! At this rate, we'll need to start considerations for a bigger club space and/or annex space. Especially, given the fact that we've reached capacity at 2-3 tournaments this year. Of course, this is a good problem to have, who doesn't want bigger tournaments and activities?
